Hello We have Cisco BE6000 with IM & Presence installed, Jabber Video is working but group video chat is not working, the original /first person will be put on hold. what might be the problem please, is it a license or MCU issue?
yes, i have configured that, this is what happened... When we place a video call between three participants, one person is placed on hold while two participant continues the chat.does it has something to do with the MCU?
