I have a 7940 series phone and I have tried to use the PC network port and my computer is not working. It just doesn't give me an IP address to the computer.

Is the port enabled??
Do you have the proper config in your switch for that to happen??

Can you check PC port setting on IP phone configuration page in CUCM (in case of CME you can create a phone template), it should be enabled.

I have solved. The port was unable.
