I have one question in my phone CP8851 appears Network unavailable and I try restart, fabric restart the phone, delete form CUCM, but not work ....
What I can do?

Is the phone connected to right voice VLAN ?
Can you go and check in phone settings if phone is getting an ip address?

The phone don´t have ip address, I validate in some port but don´t work.

You need to make sure phone gets an IP address first from the correct VLAN.so talk to your network team
Otherwise you can also disable DHCP and manually set the IP address and Defualt gateway and TFTP.

You need to make sure the port where phone is connected have the connectivty to CUCM and TFTP , you can do trace to establish that.Otherwise Manual assignment wont make the phone register.

The phone only on for POE, but in the switch the port is down, not is fail to swich for the other phones work in this port.
For example:
SWD4R2STK01(config-if)#do sh interface g 1/0/10
GigabitEthernet1/0/10 is down, line protocol is down (notconnect)
