when an agent selects the "New Call" soft button to initiate a call the line chosen is whichever line was last used / selected. We would like to have this updated so that the "New Call" button also defaults to the primary extension in the same way that lifting the handset does.
On the phone configuration window, toggle the option 'Line Mode' from session mode to enhanced mode. This will make the phone behave as old 79xx phone from line selection, answering, etc.
