Hello,
Sorry if I have this in the wrong area and sorry if it's already been asked. We are new to this phone system and I see there are several different voice mail messages. I am trying to learn how to have a standard message for during the day and then an additional message play when we are closed.
I have them set up already on the phone, but not sure how to set the times for the closed message to play?
Any helps or tips would be great!

You need to build schedules in Unity connection, assign the schedules to the users and have them enable closed Greeting and record one.

Thank you Chris, We're part of a larger network/business. Do you know if this is something I can do, or would I need my IT department to do it? How to I access Unity Connection?
