Newly added 7965 phones have wrong timestamp

A customer added several new 7965 phones and they are using GMT time.  They were added as SIP phones on SIP45.9-4-2SR1-1S.  There are existing 7965 SIP phones and their time is correct.  There is only one Date/time Group in the cluster that all phones use. I've rebooted the phones, restarted the TFTP server, downgraded the firmware but it always stays the same time, GMT, when it should be Eastern.  The phones were used before, then went into storage for a while, then brought back out and created as SIP phones.  I'm thinking a factory reset.  Any other reason new phones have the GMT timestamp instead of the Date/Time Group Eastern time?

Please try deleting the ITL files and see that helps

They were deleted.  They wouldn't even register at first until the ITL files were deleted.  I should have mentioned that in my first post.

Did you try upgrading the firmware to the latest (9-4-2-1SR3-1)  and test.

Thanks, but I haven't tried that since there are a hundred other 7965s that are using the current version and they all show the correct time.  It's only the phones that have been added in the last week.
