NIB CP-7841-3PCC-K9= will not display Web Configuration screen

I can t get the configuration screen on my browser to configure CP-7841-3PCC-K9= on my SIP Service.  I have setup several phones with my provider, but when I took these out of the box and try to connect I am get Authentication Error

Is there an opportunity to enter the username/password?

Double-check the phone is running 3PCC/MPP firmware.

Yes on the Web setup it asks for login info and goes blank screen

Yes it is running 3pcc firmware.  I tried updating it now it is asking got Activation Code.  Where will I get the code?

then, it's running the CUCM firmware.
