Night Attendant

I have a request to set up a night attendant where incoming calls are parked and ring over the Paging system.  We are running CUCM 11.5 with CUCN 11.5.

 

I have set up an auto attendant, just not sure how to accomplish parking the call automatically and ringing the paging system. 

 

Any insight is appreciated.

Parking needs user involvement, there is no way to park a call without it being put on park by a user by pressing the softkey.

You could use directed call park, but there is no way to do the rest of placing a call to something else.

Neither CUCM and/or CUC can do the call flow you want.
