We have replaced a faulty router with a Cisco 2851 router today and we are having problems with the NME-CUE service module.
Current config on router for the NME_CUE

When I logon to the service I cannot get past the password fieled. It just hangs even after i hit the enter button a few times.

It may have a corrputed image and need re-installation from boot loader.

Much appreciated. I have managed to sort out by doing a shutdown, removed the module from the router, powered up the router without the unit and let the router run for five minutes, Switched off the router and installed the module. The router and the module came back up with no issues.
