No audio in one way PSTN

Good day!!

One question, I have the next deployment.

If routed calls PSTN City B to Ext 4176 CME work

Calls between ext 4176 - 3490 work

Calls between ext 3490 - 4176 work

If routed calls PSTN calls City B to ext 3490 don´t audio from PSTN, but the PSTN user listen extension 3490.

I try enabled MTP in trunk between router 2911 - CUCM City A, change codecs in dial peers in both routers but don´t work.

Any suggestion ??

Please confirm router B analog 2901 is in the same subnet as of extension 4176. Please check routing between endpoints (Site B router and phone 3490)
Is there any region configured between city A and city B ?
