No Audio On IP Communicator Over Cisco VPN

I have the Cisco IP Communicator 7.0.5.0 and I'm running Cisco VPN 5.0.04.0300.  I get dial tone and DTMF tones, but no audio on the call.  No audio on either end.  I've tried this from 3 different networks using VPN and it worked on 1 out of 3.  Any ideas where to start trouble shooting?  Thanks!

That link did, but didn't help, but I did get it working!

My regular account I logon to the computer with does not have Administrative rights.  I did a RUN AS on IP Communicator and ran it as my administrative account and then I had audio!  Closed down IP Communicator and launched it again with my regular account and I had audio again!  It appears that not having Admin rights when running IP Communicator, it was unable to update the network settings.

Thanks!

good to know!!
