No Bridge Available Shown During the conference using 7936

Hi all,

We are using cisco 7936 in our confrence room. During the confrencing it is showing no bridge available in the screen. i can make a call to one number and called another number and tried to confrence the this message NO BRIDGE AVAILABLE is shown. If i want to connect to first call i have to dissconnect the present call. No confrencing can be done. Can anyone why this issue arises and any solution for it.

Hi Omar,

Check the MRGL on the phone, in the MRG of the MRGL, insure that there are conference recources(hardware or software).

Also i am assuming conference works when initiated from other phone models, compare the MRGL on those phones with the 7936.
