I have CUCM 6.1.1.3102-3. There is no busy tone or engage tone when calling between internal IP Phones and externally. The call just disconnect. Is this a bug?

Which model of Phones and firmware?
Busy trigger is set correctly?
Can you attach CCM SDI and SDL traces so we can confirm we play Busy Tone to the Phones?

Hi
Model is 7941G phone load is SCCP41.8-3-4SR1S.loads. May need to run CCM traces after hours. Testing now with 7985 phones and Analog phones
