no call logs in 7975 on remote

Hi ,All

I  met a very stranger problem ,

I use a 7975 with anyconnect  on remote ,  everything looks OK , but there no any call logs display on missed calls,Received calls,placed calls...

BTW:  it have call logs if I put this phone in office ,

help me!

Make sure that you have an alternate TFTP manually configured on the phone, if you are missing this call history will not be logged when connected with the VPN.
