Hi,
I have cucm 11.5 and ip phone models: 7821, 8845 and 8851. in the recent button on ip phone call logs such as received and placed are not showing. Where as missed call log is showing correctly. It was working a year ago but now it not.. What could cause this?

There are lots of possible issues like firmware compatibility, DHCP server change as well as Phone configuration/device pool settings change etc.
