NO ring back for certain numbers

Hi,

I am having CCM 4.2. When calling certain numbers, I am not able to hear the ring back from the other end. Is there anything additional needed to be done for accomplishing this ?

Which type of GW ? MGCP, H323, SIP ?

If after testing solutions recommended it is still not working detailed CCM trace and debug voice ccapi ino in the GW will be required.
