No Ringback Heard on Internal Calls

Hello Everyone,

I have an issue in regards to some 6921 Ip Phones registered to a CUCM.

The problem is that when i make a call to another Phone registered to the same CUCM, i hear no Ringback, but the other phone does ring, and even when the call is connected I can send and receive audio without any issues.

This problem is only present when calling another IP Phone, when i call a number on the PSTN (say a cell phone) i can hear the ringback as normal.

Can anyone help me with this issue??? Any help would really be appreciated.

My CUCM version is 8.5.1

Hello Edson, I had the same issue with the 6921 with firmware 9-1-1 and 9-2-1 in CME. You should install the last firmware for the 6921 (I think is 9-3-3-2 or similar) and it could fix it. Also I didnt hear the busy tone, and with this firmware works fine.
