No Sound in the Meetme conference - CCME!!!

When I start a MeetMe conference I don't hear any sound, even though the conference has started.

Hi,
You can delete old IOS file without reloading than upload the new one.
remember to give the boot system command in config mode pointing to the new ios, write configuration and then reload.

Ok,

Let’s make this change .

Shutdown SCCP process with no sccp command.

Than modify 

sccp local GigabitEthernet0/0.40

sccp ccm 10.40.0.1 identifier 1 priority 1 version 7.0

than sccp to re-enable sccp.

if are directly connected to the router's console, you can do a write erase and reload

Under telephony service remove sdspfarm transcode sessions 3

and change sdspfarm units 2
