No voice forwarding a call

When customer in Site A place a outbound call, if in the office B transfer that call to other colleague, then in site A can not hear anything.

Looking in the configuration of the router with a CME, only have a dial-peer pots so I can not introduce a voice-class codec or simillar, it sounds a codec issue but how can i put the correct codec if all are dial-peer pots?
