Hey,
I am fairly new to configuring an UC540, but I am have a, what seems to be, a strange issue.
If someones extention is dialed directly and said person doesn't pickup then the VM kicks in after the alloted time.
If a call is transferred from one extention to another, the receiving persons VM does not kick in and the call is just dropped.
Is there a setting that I am missing to have it so the VM kicks in?
I am using CCA to configure this device, and would prefer not to use CLI.
Thanks for any help!

After talking to a Cisco tech, he adviced me to add in:
no supplemental-service h450.2
no supplemental-service h450.3
to the Voice service voip section and it didn't seem to work.
Still looking for some help on this.

Ian,
Can u attach the output of the "debug voip ccapi input" & " debug ccsip message" for the calls that fail. Try attaching the show run.
