Not able to make call to 1800 Toll free Number in Cisco IP Phone

Hi,

In my office we are using Cisco IP Phones. And users are not able to make a call to 1800 toll free numbers.I'll try some Configurations in Unified call manager Administrator Version 5.0. and try to add Toll free Numbers but its not Working .It would be great for me if some one suggest me to work it out.

Do the DNA on CUCM and see if the calls are getting routed or not. If they are, collect the debugs from Gateway and check where the call is getting disconnected.
