Not able to update config via GUI

Hi ALL,

I am not able to update/add/delete any configuration via GUI.

After I save change, the page will hung and need to refresh.

IOS: Version 15.2(4)M1

CME: Version 9.1

Why don't you simply update via CLI??

I see this very likely a browser compatibility issue.  Check your CME version using GUI by moving pointer to “Help > About” then click mouse button.  If CME GUI complains about requiring Internet Explorer 5.5+, then it probably is the browser compatibility problem.

I have had success editing phone configurations using CME GUI (IOS version 15.2(4)M5 / CME 9.1) using Internet Explorer 10.0, but the editing process is EXTREMELY tedious and painful, which I will save the story for another thread.
