Nothing exported with specific details for speed dials

Hi Guys,

I have CUCM 10.5 and 900 ip phones registered and I want to add speed dials but when I create file format and choose max speed dials 1 and go to export specific details after that nothing export it! no files created no errors shows! the task is completed but no files shows!

When I make max speed dials 0 in file format then the task created and I open csv file but without speed dials tabs!

How can I solve this issue!

Have you tried an all details report?

Yes I tried but every time want to import it it gave me error!
