NTP Issue Subscribe Vmware

I am struggling with the NTP issue that doesn't permit to create the cluster of CUCM in Vmware.

I have verified:

1) NTP running OK on the server

2) Server subscriber was added in System > Server from publisher

3)ntp_stratum -->warning status // Currently has the value "1" Would be possible to change this value?

NTP stratum of 1 should be fine. You need to check whether network connectivity is fine between these 2 servers (Pub & SUb) and firewalls if any between the Publisher and this sub allowing connection for NTP synch.
