Fairly new BE6000 install. We are having an issue where customers who call in are hearing anywhere from 3-7 rings before any phone rings inside our locations. What can I look for to try and cut that down? I'd prefer the customer to not hear any rings before it rings a phone inside our locations.

Is this a PRI? Is it an h323 gateway? SIP? MGCP?
You may want to post a debug isdn q931 and the relevant gw config so we can help.
If you could try enabling the 'Enable Inbound FastStart' on the inbound calling setting on the CM gateway configuration but note this can impact calls that may get rerouted to SIP trunks or ICT trunks.

The calls come in on FXO ports, routed to Unity for open/close, then back to call manager for Hunt Pilot to ring desks. Calls are routed into a 2811 with latest 12.x software.

H323 or MGCP?
if H323 do the voice ports have connection plar XXXX statements?
Can you do a debug vpm signal and watch the Unity port status monitor to determine if the delay in call connect is on the gw or in Unity Callhandler logic?
