Today morning,i found one voice slot of my router was lost, and the error message was belows:
*Jul 27 01:58:53.351: %E1T1_MODULE-3-
INITFAILURE: Slot 0, Unit 1 initialization
failure - FPGA Revision = 0xFFFFFFFF
*Jul 27 01:58:53.351: %E1T1_MODULE-3-
INITFAILURE: Slot 0, Unit 1 initialization
failure - FPGA & Firmware Download
I found out the detail of this error on Cisco.com,says as following:
%E1T1_MODULE-3-INITFAILURE : Slot [dec], Unit [dec] initialization failure - [chars]
Explanation The E1T1 driver detected an error while initializing.
Could anyone tell me how to recover the lost slot?
It's urgent for me to do it. Hope a in-time help.
Thanks
Aaron

Try turning off the rotuer and reseat the card. On continuing failure, you will need to replace either card or router.

yeah,i do re-plug the card and even swap it to another slot.Unluckily, the router still can not recognize it.I have turned to our supplier for resolution.
Anyway,thanks a lot.
