One way audio

Hi

We have a lot of customers who have their phones connected to analog ports of Cisco Fxs routers (IAD 2431s) through PBX. Sometimes they complain of one way audio and we change the NAT settings on the SIP server. Sometimes it fixes the issue and sometimes it doesn't

Can I know waht is the relation between NATTing and one way audio issues? Also are there other troubleshooting steps to follow for this kind of issues?

Packet captures is your friend in one way audio scenarios.

Also try debuging the signalling.!
