For all SCCP and SIP firmware upgrades from firmware release versions earlier than 8.3(3) to version 8.5(2)SR1 or greater, you must first upgrade your firmware to version 8.5(2). Once you have upgraded to version 8.5(2), you can upgrade your IP Phone to version 8.5(2)SR1 or later. Refer to the Firmware Versions in this Release section of this document to determine the firmware load provided in this Service Update. What I intend to do is, PSTN calls 3000 hits inbound POTS dial-peer, then use a translation rule change the called number to 113000 then this matches a voip dial-peer pointing to this router itself Now the call is a h323 call You can do the max-conn . use transalation-profiles to change the 113000 to 3000 and route the call to final destination. If you hit the max-conn then the call will just disconnect Or just ask the provider to send only X number of calls inbound! /divin

Can you make a test call from the IP Phone then the rigthfax server to the same number. Collect the debugs. debug voip ccapi inout debug ccsip messages on both the 2811 and the CUBE router. It looks like a dialplan issue. Check your dial-peers else give me these debugs and the relevant dial-peers. (probably the entire set of dial-peers on both routers.) /divin

You can try show dialplan number to get which dial-peer would the outgoing call match. Else run debug voip ccapi inout Search for "outgoing" in the debug. /divin
