hi,
I have one h323 gateway connected with CUCM 7.1.5. This gateway has 4 FXO ports all having same configuration. Problem is that when cucm calls outside using port 2, 3, 4 can hear outsider sound but called party cant hear cucm user. This problem is not with FXO port 1.
what can be the possible issue?

Why below ports have been kept shutdown ? Try to do no shut these ports and try.
voice-port 0/0/1
voice-port 0/1/0
voice-port 0/1/1
Suresh
Was just checking. But last three ports are un shut.
Did you check the physical connectivity for port 2,3 & 4.
2ndly; Can you try to swap port number 1 & 2 and then check calling on port 1 & 2 once ?
If no luck then please attach below logs..
debug vpm signal
debug voice ccapi inout
Suresh
Please note all landlines are tested and are working fine via an analog phone.
will try to swap.
