I have a CUCM in version 9.1 with third-party sip phones Grandstream, this phones work fine and the calls are conducted properly.
But, i can't configure a button on the phone to pickup calls or do direct tranfer.
Someone know if is possible?

Hi Pablo,
I guess its not possible as there is a limitation with third party sip phones that softkey templates cant be used.

Although the softkeys template can't be used, you know you if possible use the phisical buttons?

Hi Pablo,
All configuration in third party phone will be locally only and feature will work as per phone's local implementation.
