From the Opus specs, a maximum packetization time of 60ms is supported.

On the other hand, unlike G.729 the CUCM doesn't allow to change this parameter via Service Parameters.
Assuming a 30 or 60 ms packetization time is desired:
1) If I were to change ptime in the SDP via a Normalization Script and attach that to a SIP Profile, would it be enforced on all registered endpoints to the CUCM?
2) If the SIP Profile were to be applied on the SIP Trunk to the CMS servers, would it also be enforced there?
3) Could this be enforced on a hardware conference bridge (IOS-XE 17.x)?
