At one of our offices the users are saying they have having calls drop randomly, taking a quick look at the CDR's both the orig and dest CallTerminationOnBehalfOf have codes of 17. Any idea's what could cause this?

origCallTerminationOnBehalfOf = 17 corresponds to call termination due REFER.

If your regular call flow involves redirecting to other parties via transfers , maybe you can see origCallTerminationOnBehalfOf = 17.
Analysis of Cisco call manager traces would be required in order to find exact cause for call drops.
