Hi,
Here is my situation. I have CUCM 11, recently upgraded from 8.6, and I have 2 voice gateways. One is remote.(2901)
The remote one has just recently started having a problem with any calls going to PSTN to ring busy.
Inbound works fine.
This just happened out of the blue, as there were no changes to the gateway or the CUCM.
The gateway has a 4 port FXO card in it. I've had the Telco out and they say the lines are fine.
I've put a phone at my location into the effected sites device pool etc, and it does the same thing when dialing outside.
I've run a dna and it gets to the gateway fine.
this is about where my troubleshooting skills start lacking.
Hoping someone can help me out with troubleshooting this.
thanks.

OK, well in case anyone stumbles across this in the future...
The FXO ports had to be changed from ground start to loop start.
How this happened out of the blue I don't know, other than it's possible GS worked and the Telco made a change on their end, that effected it.
