Hi,
I am having strange issue while making outbound calls having CUCM 10.5 environment.
let's say i am dialing <00971551234567> and internal extension range is 5xx. one user extension is 567.
as soon as i dial above number, instead of going outbound it rings internal extension.
what can be the issue? thanks in advance.

Hi
You need to check internal call flow. Which all translation patterns are involved or route pattern or sip trunk.
You need to check if digit manipulation is applied to any of the above entity and ensure you have right partition /CSS for the 10 digit dialing behaviour.

Can you provide following logs along with calling and called number
1. H323 logs -- from dial-peer it seems you are using this as h323 gateway, if this is sip integration then
2.ccapi logs
3. ISDN q931 logs

it seems issue with your translation pattern.... ensure you have mentioned 5xx conversion in translation not transformation
