I recently upgraded to UCM 7.0 from CM 4.1.3. After the upgrade I have been noticing a various phone numbers are flagged as international when they are processed by the h323 gateway. It seems to be relative to a particular area code. All of these calls that fail are national.

Thanks for the information. It does work to force the isdn type to national. Any idea why this particular area code gets flagged as international? Here's my serial config:
interface Serial1/0:23
no ip address
no logging event link-status
isdn switch-type primary-4ess
isdn incoming-voice voice
isdn map address 011* plan isdn type international
isdn map address 770* plan isdn type national
no isdn outgoing ie redirecting-number
no isdn incoming alerting add-PI
isdn nsf-service megacom
no cdp enable
