my customer is using 2801 as CME and 3560 POE switch. when customer changed the WAN link from that time customer is facing outbound calls issue, he can not make an outbound call. phone, switch, vg and cme are at same site.
what could be the issue

Hi Usman
I can only assume that outbound calls are using H323 or SIP and need the ip address of the old WAN link to access the destination addresses from the dial peer.
We would need more info from the config of the CME and both old and new WAN set ups.

I agree with acampbell. Without getting more details this seems to be destination address issue.
