I have the Cisco 8841. I am using on a Netsapiens platform. When I setup the share call appearance option it only shows caller ID on one phone all of the others that are seeing the same share call appearance line show "annonymous" for the caller ID information. I found a setting in the Cisco Admin Gui that appears the share call appearance is set to private. Changing that did not seem to work as I believe the provisioning portal is resetting it when the phone reboots.
is anyone familiar with this issue or a possible override that could assist?
My goal is to setup a mimic key system where line 1, 2 and 3 share across 4-5 phones and they want to quickly put on hold and pickup on another phone.
