PAB Service Interface - Remove "LOG OUT" Function

I have a client that has numerous users setup with extension mobility. The profile gets assigned to the phone when a user logs onto the PC associated with the phone. When the device profile gets assigned the user is presented with a programmed button that, when pressed, displays the following

PAB

Fast Dials

Log out

My client is wondering if there is a way to remove the logout and PAB selections and just keep fast dials. I have looked around with no luck. For some reason I'm thinking that this may not be possible.

Also if you know of another product we can use to display fast dials that is external to the call manager that would be acceptable as well. We could setup another phone service and point to that external address book and only display what is required.

Any help is appreciated.

I expect you created a specific User Device Profile for this user.

If so, under the User Device Profile, try to change the "Phone Buttom template".

This will depend on the phone type you are using but the Phone buttom template can be customized.
