Hi
I upgraded the IOS on CME to 17.6.2 to resolve other bugs that I was facing. But after upgrading paging stopped working.
When I first test by calling the paging DN nothing happens the number just stays there, however if i end the call and call again I get Busy Tone
Show Ephone-DN paging it says that the ephone is idle but all the register pools paging shows as being off.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? I tried both multicast and unicast no luck on either.

Hi,
Just doing a quick search and there was a reddit post about 3 months ago where a user experienced the same thing. No resolution documented for it though.
Assuming you're using a Cisco ISR4K, it might be worth rolling back to the IOS you were on or going to the current Cisco recommended release of 17.3.5
