Hi Guys,

I have CUCM 10.5.2, i got a request from user that if they park call and don't get any response from users call should redirect to operator instead of parker. I have put operator number in Park Monitoring Forward No Retrieve Destination External & Internal of parker ext window but its not working.

please suggest is there any way ?

Thanks

Hi Roshan,

If the call is coming in via a hunt pilot then the following applies:

When a call that was routed via the hunt list is parked, the Hunt Pilot Park Monitoring Forward No Retrieve Destination parameter value is used (unless it is blank) when the Park Monitoring Forward No Retrieve Timer expires. This value is configured in the Hunt Pilot Configuration window (Call Routing > Route/Hunt > Hunt Pilot). If the Hunt Pilot Park Monitoring Forward No Retrieve Destination parameter value is blank, then the call will be forwarded to the destination configured in the Directory Number Configuration window when the Park Monitoring Forward No Retrieve Timer expires.

if it still does not work despite correctly configured then you may restart the callmanager service on the node where call park is configured and see if that helps.

Hi Manish,

Thanks for your response , I do have same configuration as you mentioned, Hunt Pilot Park Monitoring Forward No Retrieve Destination parameter value is blank, in parker directory number we put destination number but still it is not working. we did not restart callmanager services. will do then let you know.

Thanks
