Hi all. I have a customer who is experiencing a weird problem with parked calls. Below is the information they've passed along to me. Has anyone heard of this or know where I should start looking? My apologies as I am a newbie with this. Thanks!
Paging for someone to pick up a parked call – the “hold” music and person speaking when call is picked up are on the intercom for all to hear.
Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks!

It sounds like you're using a 3rd party product like ParkNPage. Try restarting that server. If the problem persists, you'd need to contact the vendor of the app.

Thanks, Clifford. I've asked them what paging software they are using. I will recommend that.
