Hi 

I have two translation patterns

12XX in PTA

12XX in PTB

in my CSS PTA is at the top and PTB at the bottom - for some reason I keep hitting PTB when dialling 12XX - I thought priority was top down

any idea?

And it should be that way, try changing the CSS order, save, go back to original order, save and call.

Sometimes the run-time info that is used for call routing gets stucked and is not updated, you can also try rebooting the server.

Is the CSS assigned to line or device on the phone, perhaps you have another CSS on line that has different order?  What does DNA show? Are these TPs exactly the same or is one slightly more explicit?
