Hi pankaj,
as per my knowledge you cannot set password for ip phone.
but there are 2 types of passwords we can set
1. to block a user from accessing Administrator settings of the IP Phone(default password will be cisco).
2. to block a user from making outgoing calls by enabling Forced Authorization Codes and Client Matter Codes to Route Patterns.
