it should be the same as any router , send a break at boot, after the memoy count is finished.

You can perform the same step as stated in the below link for 2XXX router. This is for 2800 but is exactly the same in a VG310. Certainly you will not find any such document explicitly for VG3XX etc

Please keep in mind that in order to do the password recovery we will need to have console
access and the device has to be reloaded at least twice.
