i have a cisco unity connection 11.5.1.11900-26.
One user can't listen many voice messages, with phone he has the error "message not available".
When you use inbox or cisco jabber we can't read the message and when you try to download it, you download instead of the voice message, the following xml file :
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?><ErrorDetails><errors><code>NOT_FOUND</code><message>attachment not found: null</message></errors></ErrorDetails>
Do you have an idea how to resolve this ?
