Hi Team,

A few days ago I was asked to block incoming calls for some Telephone numbers, so I follow this guide:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-voice-and-video/blocking-calls-based-on-calling-party-id/ta-p/3113978

And it work perfect, except for calls without caller id. We need to permit this type of calls.

Any advice guys?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I solved the issue with Lua script in this link:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/legacyfs/online/attachments/document/siptrunkanonymouscalls.lua_.txt

All calls come from a SIP trunk, so we need to transform the word "anonymous" or "unavailable" in the SIP header.

All is work for now.

Thanks any way.
