Personal Directory phone edit option not available

Hi,

my CUCM running with System version: 10.5.2, and we are using CISCO-7962 both SIP and SCCP

this phones load id is "SCCP42.9-4-2-1S" 

phone wrking fine, but when i am trying to edit contact from personal directory , there is no option to edit phone no.

it means, I can edit names but no option for edit Number.

Hi, 

If you look at your softkeys, you should find one named "phones", where you can edit contact numbers.

I can't see that option.. 

i can edit names , but there is no option to edit phone no. ("phone" soft key not showing)

Can you please post a couple of screenshot of the 7962 display while using Personal directory?
