Personal Phone Book Configuration with 7942G Phones

Hi,

Can any one help me out how to configure Personal Book Configuration with 7942G Phones. I am unable to find personal phone book softkey on the phone kindly help me to configure and then enable that key.

Please Suggest!

To add to Priya's answer (+5 P!), you may also augment the solution by adding a username/pin parameter to the service. Then you can subscribe phones to the service and set the username/pin. This will give uses access to the PAB without being prompted to login. It is somewhat finicky. A support forum doc rounds out the discussion a little:

Dear Concern,

Currently i am using Cisco Call Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express and the PAB (Personal Address Book) feature is compitable with those or we need Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

Yes, CME has a very similar application called Personal Speed Dials.

Dear Concern,

Although we had created a local directory in CME where we had added the staff details name with numbers and which can be accessiable through the individual IP Phone. But the issue was that as per our customer requirement he wants to add from his/her phone manually his/her personal Address Book (like numbers for his/her family,friend,relatives and other contacts). This is what the client is looking
