Hi everyone,
I have a customer running CME version 12 and only one Cisco Phone 7841 can't make external calls. Any other voice register DN using the same phone model works fine for internal and external.
I collected the output of "debug ccsip all" and could see the error as follow. I've attached the whole collected output.
I already did remove the entire DN e Pool configuration e reentered it again. Also, we've tried with another device model (3905) without success.
Does anyone know what else we can check or try?
