We have a UC520 connected to an 871 at a home site via vpn. About 18 months ago this configuration worked. Not sure what caused it to go down.
If the phone is brought to the office and plugged in it will come up fine. But over the vpn it will not work. Routing looks good. Have run some debug on the acl's and there is nothing being denied when the phone tries to come up. It is getting an ip address from the DHCP and getting the correct TFTP from the option 150 on the DHCP. I don't see a NAT issue either. Can someone please take a look at both configs and let me know if you see anything wrong?
The CME source address is 10.1.1.1
the phone ip is 10.1.75.2
uc520.txt is the uc520
sr520 is the home router
Thanks

have you run a tftp debug on your uc520, to see if the TFTP requests from your remot site are actually hitting it?
also you might want to explicitly configure the ip tftp source (on your uc520) to match your option 150 ip address.
for the rest this is most likely network related, but we'll sort it out

Turned out to be a vpn problem. no changes were made on the vpn but the vpn was reset and the phone came up.
